John Henry Dearle or J. H. Dearle (1860-1932) was a British textile and stained glass designer trained by Pre-Raphaelite artist and craftsman William Morris. He became the firm's chief designer, working on woven and printed textiles, carpets and embroideries as well as tapestries. After Morris's death he became Art Director
