Celia Birtwell is an English textile and fashion designer known for her classical and feminine designs. She was an iconic figure of the London glitterati.In 1969 she married the fashion designer Ossie Clark.
In 1984 she opened a shopshe set up a shop on Westbourne Park Road in Bayswater , selling her own line of textiles for interiors. In 2006 Celia Birtwell launched her first fashion collection for the chain chain Topshop.
